In August 2011, Miley got a tattoo on her left wrist of the ‘Om’ symbol: ॐ. Om is a sacred symbol in Hinduism and it’s Miley’s second tattoo to reference Indian culture and religion. Om is a sound or vibration that represents divine energy.
