On November 4th 2013, Miley got a tattoo of a portrait of her “Mammie”, Loretta Finley from Kat Von D; her fifth tattoo by her. She took to twitter to share a photo, explaining “Because I am her favorite & she is mine.” This is Miley’s 21st tattoo and the most recent. It is placed on her right forearm underneath her heart tattoo.
